Authorised agent.—Any owner of a telecommunication tower may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Digital Communications Commission in Form H the name and address of the agent within sixty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
