Report to the Government.—The Digital Communications Commission shall prepare, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these regulations during that year, of the number of owners of a telecommunication tower whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within thirty days of its preparation.
