Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the Digital Communications Commission in the custody of the Wireless Adviser, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Digital Communications Commission; and where the Wireless Adviser having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form A within thirty days of the succession.
