Regulation 2, TRAI (Manner of Application of Owners of a telecommunication tower) Regulations, 2022 [S9S-84D]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "owner of a telecommunication tower" means a person carrying on the erection of telecommunication towers; (c) "network" means a network received, held or disposed of by a owner of a telecommunication tower in the course of the erection of telecommunication towers; (d) "Form F" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
