Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of an advance authorisation who ceases to carry on the import of inputs under an advance authorisation shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Development Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form FC-4 of the manner in which every bond held by him has been disposed of.
