Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of an advance authorisation shall apply to the Development Commissioner in Form ANF-3A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Development Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
