Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of an advance authorisation dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Development Commissioner in Form ANF-4A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every export order then held; and the Development Commissioner shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
