Correction of entries.—The Development Commissioner may, on an application made in Form ANF-2A by any holder of an advance authorisation or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
