Intimation of change.—Every holder of an advance authorisation shall intimate to the Development Commissioner, in Form ANF-2A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Development Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
