Application for registration.—Every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Societies in Form B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
