Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any performer dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Plant Varieties Authority in Form 27, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Plant Varieties Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
