Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in the custody of the Registrar of the Authority, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies; and where the Registrar of the Authority having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form D within one hundred and eighty days of the succession.
