Safe custody.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall keep every employment contract to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the holding of conferences attended by foreigners is carried on, shall record in Form X the description of every employment contract so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Immigration Officer within thirty days of the close of each year.
