Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners who ceases to carry on the holding of conferences attended by foreigners shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Immigration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every arrival card held by him has been disposed of.
