Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall intimate to the Immigration Officer, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Immigration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
