Surrender of certificate.—Every food laboratory who ceases to carry on the analysis of food shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Adjudicating Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
