Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mutual fund shall apply to the Depository in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Depository shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
