Intimation of change.—Every registered person shall intimate to the Appellate Authority, in Form GSTR-9 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
