Application for registration.—Every rehabilitation professional carrying on the practice of a rehabilitation profession shall make an application for registration to the Commission in Form II, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every contract held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
