Application for registration.—Every owner of a level crossing road carrying on the maintenance of a level crossing shall make an application for registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form C, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every siding held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
