Safe custody.—Every owner of a protected monument shall keep every entry ticket to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the ownership of a protected monument is carried on, shall record in Form V the description of every entry ticket so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Director of Tourism within ninety days of the close of each year.
