Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a protected monument shall apply to the Director of Tourism in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Director of Tourism shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
