Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a protected monument who ceases to carry on the ownership of a protected monument shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every guest register held by him has been disposed of.
