Surrender of certificate.—Every committee of a gurdwara who ceases to carry on the management of a gurdwara shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every inventory of jewels held by him has been disposed of.
