Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the authorised entity shall apply to the Digital Communications Commission in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Digital Communications Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
