Application for registration.—Every intermediary carrying on the hosting of third party information shall make an application for registration to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in Form C, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every computer resource held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
