Intimation of change.—Every dealer in wireless equipment shall intimate to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Telecommunication Engineering Centre shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five lakh rupees.
