Intimation of change.—Every empanelled consultant shall intimate to the Finance Commission, in Form GFR 12-A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Finance Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
