Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a container freight station shall apply to the Commissioner of Customs in Form GSTR-3B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Customs shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
