Fees.—The fee of five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Commissioner of Customs by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form GSTR-1; and the Commissioner of Customs shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ten days of its receipt.
