Intimation of change.—Every person residing in a prohibited area shall intimate to the Cantonment Board, in Form E and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Cantonment Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
