Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the person residing in a prohibited area to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form A, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Cantonment Board shall record the manner and the date of service within twenty-one days of the service.
