Intimation of change.—Every dealer in weights and measures shall intimate to the Consumer Protection Council, in Form A and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Consumer Protection Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
