Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a photography permit who ceases to carry on photography at a protected monument shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every register of antiquities held by him has been disposed of.
