Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the society shall apply to the Endowments Tribunal in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Endowments Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
