Report to the Government.—The Municipal Council shall prepare, within ninety days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of keepers of animals within the municipal limits whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Karnataka and publish it within ninety days of its preparation.
