Application for registration.—Every contractor for the mid-day meal carrying on the supply of mid-day meals shall make an application for registration to the Council in Form C, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every school building held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
