Surrender of certificate.—Every landholder who ceases to carry on the cultivation of land shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every estate held by him has been disposed of.
