Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the authorised dealer shall apply to the Export Inspection Council in Form ANF-3A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Export Inspection Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
