Rule 36, Puducherry Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2021 [S9Q-PVY]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the principal employer shall apply to the Industrial Tribunal in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Industrial Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
