Surrender of certificate.—Every principal employer who ceases to carry on the engagement of contract labour shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Industrial Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every appointment letter held by him has been disposed of.
