Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Industrial Tribunal in the custody of the Labour Enforcement Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Industrial Tribunal; and where the Labour Enforcement Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form VII within twenty-one days of the succession.
