Application for registration.—Every recognised agent carrying on the representation of parties as a recognised agent shall make an application for registration to the Government of Puducherry in Form E, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of suits held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
