Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for canal works who ceases to carry on the execution of canal works shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every water course held by him has been disposed of.
