Intimation of change.—Every contractor for canal works shall intimate to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, in Form D and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
