Intimation of change.—Every operator of an early warning system shall intimate to the State Executive Committee, in Form D and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Executive Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
