Intimation of change.—Every publisher shall intimate to the Registrar of Copyrights, in Form 1 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Copyrights shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
