Application for registration.—Every operator of a parking lot carrying on the running of a parking lot shall make an application for registration to the Standing Committee in Form D, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every assessment list held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
