Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government shall apply to the Lokayukta in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Lokayukta shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
