Safe custody.—Every child care institution shall keep every home study report to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a child care institution is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every home study report so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the State Commission for Women within sixty days of the close of each year.
